I use solution-oriented, strength-based and evidence-based approaches to treatment and truly believe every individual is unique, with powerful and positive attributes that can be enhanced to create a new sense of inner peace, hopefulness and energy. I work with clients from all walks of life and constantly strive to help them find their inner strengths that enable them to work through their hardships in positive, healthy manners.
I also incorporate mindfulness-based techniques, breathwork and compassion-focused therapy into all my clinical approaches. I want to help individuals understand how much strength they carry inside and assist them with seeing themselves in a compassionate, self-loving light that enables them to persevere through life’s undeniable challenges.
